    SiteSupport provides an AI-powered chatbot service that allows website owners to create intelligent chat assistants trained on their website content. The Service includes website crawling, content processing, chatbot hosting, and analytics.

    3. User Accounts

    To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

    • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
    • All activities that occur under your account
    • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
    • Providing accurate and complete registration information

    4. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to use the Service to:

    • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
    • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others

    6. Subscription and Billing

    Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

    • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
    • Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle
    • Cancellations can be made at any time through your account settings

    7. Service Availability

    We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteSupport shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

    9. Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

    10. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
